Meet Our Pastry Chefs

Emily Peterson

Co-founder / Co-Owner / Pastry Chef

I’m Emily Peterson, owner, Pastry Chefs and Cousin here at Cousins’ Creations Baked Goods. I found my love for baking when I was young watching different shows on different food channels but never thought about it seriously. In my senior year of high school I was asked what I wanted to do for the future. I was set on becoming a photographer (that was all I talked about) but yet Pastry Chef unexpectedly came out. I along with my family were shocked and I took that as my sign. Once I graduated high school I took a 6 month baking course where I graduated with a certificate in baking. Then a few years later I applied to the International Culinary Center in NYC. I graduated, became a pastry chef, hit the ground running with our business and haven’t looked back.
